Meet our Team
Brent Beard
Founder & President
Brent has been in real estate for 15 years, assisting buyers and sellers to purchase their dream homes, and is focused on listening to what is important to the Client! In addition to real estate, Brent has 20 years experience in the residential homebuilding industry and has held high level/executive level management positions for 20 plus years. His focus is to coach and develop high performing teams to be the best in the industry. He started his real estate and new home sales career with a top 10 national builder, growing their business year over year and receiving several awards. He is also Founder and President of Community Solutions Group (CSG) a sales, operation, and executive coaching firm, that assists residential home building companies to plan and achieve desired results. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree, Oklahoma Real Estate License, and multiple business certifications, and believes in constant and continuous learning in every aspect of business and is committed to improving business strategies and outcomes.
Brent and his wife Debbie relocated to Oklahoma City to be close to their daughter and be an active part of their grandkid’s lives. He firmly believes that life is too short to not be actively involved with church, family and friends and continuously strive to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Debbie Beard
Debbie has 28 plus years in the homebuilding business. She began her career in Houston with a top 10 national builder developing purchasing, estimating, and work process functions for the company. When the company expanded to Tennessee, she was selected to be part of the start up team for the division, establishing relationships with trade partners and national vendors, implementing and managing the purchasing and estimating functions for the division. She relocated to Dallas to evaluate processes of both organizations and implement purchasing, estimating, and design workflows. During that time, Debbie worked to build a first-class design center for the company and managed all aspects of the division’s operations. The holding company, Technical Olympic USA promoted her to Corporate Director of Supply Management, Data and Process Improvement where she traveled around the county to different homebuilders training on data integrity and process improvements. Debbie is an expert at data integrity, training, and developing trade, vendor, and national supplier
relationships. She is excited and passionate to implement new processes and to help company’s in
achieving their goals.
While not working, Debbie enjoys time with her husband, Brent and their grandkids. Moving to Oklahoma is giving her an opportunity to create and establish some new memories with family and friends.
Amy Collins

Amy is a Realtor and a New Home Specialist. She is a passionate person with Architecture experience which started back when she was in a 2-year program in Architecture at Oklahoma State University. She also attended the Interior Design Program at the University of Central Oklahoma. With years of experience working hand in hand with new home builders and has been the top sales consultant for several years with different local builders, her construction knowledge and ability to listen to her client’s needs have made her a successful asset. She considers working as a Realtor a daily enjoyment and feels truly blessed to be in a place where she can help provide her clients with knowledge about buying, selling and building to create their sophisticated spaces with builders who stand by their homes.
In her free time, enjoys spending time with her dog Jagger, family and friends, watching live music, going to her lake place and traveling. She takes the happy approach to life, never meets a stranger and loves new adventures.
Melissa Bennett

Alcove Design Studio is a hybrid design studio offering a controlled, relaxed space for clients to come in to make all their home selections in one place; at one time. We work with you to create and manage the best client experience for your clients as well as back office processes.
Melissa has over 6 year experience in the New Home Construction business in Oklahoma City. She loves creating memorable spaces for her clients while creating a relationship with them. With her keen eye for design; she can help any space transform into the clients vision. She works with Builder’s to make selections and the client experience seamless and stress-free.
She is a designer by day as well as a wife & mom of 1 by night. She enjoys OU Football and New York Yankees baseball. Melissa is a Mexican food and pasta connoisseur. She also enjoys baking cookies and desserts with Meredith. You can almost always find her searching for great new treasures for her clients and her own home.
